For full access to courses you'll need to take a minute to request a new account for yourself on this web site. Here are the steps:

  1. Fill in the Request Account form with your details. 
  2. User Name : all lower case (Example jsmith) 
  3. Please use your agency abbreviations (Example WCRS).
  4. The system administrator will be notified of your request. Add admin@wcftc.us to your contacts to ensure confirmation receipt.
  5. The site administrator will notify you by Email when your account has been activated. (This can take up to 12 hours, be sure to check junk and spam folders).
  6. Now, select the course you want to participate in.
